Tyler Rees, CEO of Enroll Here: Here is a system of record. Prior to Enroll Here, we distributed life and health products every which way, from field to call centers, seminars, retail locations. We pretty much met the consumer where they were. Grew it, scaled it, sold it in August of '22. We looked at the insurance space and we said, hey, how could we be helpful? Where could we create differentiation? And we said the area of focus is technology and data. Traditionally within insurance, technology is super siloed. So you have call tracking and call routing, contact center as a solution products, AI tools for compliance scoring, quoting and enrollment engines, commissions, policy management. They're all fragmented. We just felt blind. We had 100 call centers that were working for us. They were on 20 different call center platforms. From a compliance and sales overview perspective, we just had no oversight, no insight to be able to really optimize and grow. We knew we were hitting a home run, but we didn't know where we were hitting singles and doubles versus striking out. When we started Enroll Here, we said, hey, from the time the consumer first says they're interested through the lifecycle of the policy, every interaction, every data set we're going to capture, we're going to analyze it, ingest it, structure it, and then display it, and ultimately allow our agency partners and agents and insurance carriers to optimize, scale, and grow. And that's what we've done. We really are one of a kind. Most recently we've launched Enroll Here Complete, which is an end-to-end solution. We had a partner last month consolidate seven solutions into one. When you think about being able to deliver a solution where someone can come and they can just have one login and they can live and breathe and do everything they need to, there's just not a competitor out there today. We built AI solutions that transcribe and record every call, score it based on CMS standards. And when we first rolled out the compliance scoring platform wired internally, the average compliance score on the platform was 40%. Through trial and error, through pushing it out to partners, through agents, taking positive feedback, doing more training, working together with their agents, we can proudly say now that that number stands at 88%. So just significant improvement from a compliance perspective. With technology where it is today, every enrollment should be recorded, scored, and measured. And we should make sure that the seniors are getting treated and getting enrolled in the plans that make most sense for them, and we should be holding everyone accountable. For me, it starts with the senior. Seniors are our most vulnerable population. I think sometimes people lose touch on what is the most important component to what we do, and it's to serve the senior, to make sure when they get to later stages of life, they're focused on health and wealth. My mission is to create an environment and create a platform that allows us to optimize that experience and make sure that agents are behaving the right way, seniors aren't being misled by noncompliant and aggressive marketing, they're being put into plans that actually have benefits that they want, and ultimately that they're utilizing those benefits. If we focus on the senior, everything else will fall into line. I know that agencies and people that choose to partner with Enroll Here are going to have success and are going to win, and we're going to do everything in our power to make sure we deliver, and we help them achieve the goals that they set out to accomplish. Sandra, client of Cardenas Law Group: Driving every day is definitely more dangerous than flying. I see things every day that I'm just blown away by. You never know what's going to happen. If you've been injured, I think Rob and his team are the perfect people to go to. He always had my back in the best way possible. I was traveling northbound on the I-15 and started slowing down for traffic. I always looked up in my rearview mirror and I saw this person coming at me. I thought, they're going to hit me. I got hit by a multi-passenger van that had a trailer attached to it, so a lot of weight getting pushed into me and my little car. At that point, I didn't feel that I was in enough pain to go by ambulance or anything because I think the adrenaline had hit me. So I decided to drive home. I don't remember if it was the next day or the day after, but I was in pain. And at that point I decided, okay, I should probably contact an attorney. That day, Rob drove all the way to my house from Henderson to North Las Vegas to come meet me at my home and tell me how we're going to go about this and the game plan. Throughout that period, I was having severe left leg pain. I felt like the worst parent in the world. Something that I could never explain to my children, like, I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you. I had surgery. They did screws and a titanium disk that now replaced the disk that I did have naturally. After the back surgery, I would say my back felt better, but I continued to have severe leg pain and drop foot. Come to find out, I had a torn meniscus. So shortly after, we scheduled surgery for a repair. Still feeling pain. Still miserable. One day I was just in with my chiropractor and she said, you know, I met this doctor at a conference that specializes in nerves of the legs and feet. Went into his office. He talked to me, asked me what I was feeling. Okay, well, it's time for you to get ready for surgery. It's called peripheral nerve surgery in the side of your leg. [Postoperatively, vaguely waking from surgery, she recalls the surgeon telling the nurse her leg was bad but he had fixed it.] Since then, I've significantly had relief in my leg and my back. I can live my life. I can be with my kids. I actually had another baby, which I thought I never would be able to have another baby. And I did. They care about you as a person and your family and your feelings and what you're feeling. It would always make me feel understood and supported. He always had my back in the best way possible. I think it just goes to show that there are still good people out there. I can't say enough about what great people they are. I would just trust my entire life with them. Honestly.
